Role and Primary Duties:

Project Manager, CAD Operator, Interior Design Consultant

• Produce and delegate interior and exterior design drawings for permitting and construction

• Work closely with the DOB and client in lengthy permitting process

• Participate in weekly meetings, review and approve submittals and full CA services

This 100+ year old five-story building includes 15,000 square feet of space for the Mission of Thailand’s New York office, including an all-new event space. The rear facade was completely replaced with an all new insulated glass curtainwall system which required careful and unique coordination between structural, glass, and construction consultants. A lotus flower pattern and striking colors are used throughout the project to evoke Thai visual culture.
