Role and Primary Duties:

Project Manager, CAD Operator

• Produce design drawings of the sequence of demolition for the existing Terminal B and areas of the terminal that will remain in service (including egress, life safety, MEP systems, etc)

• Submit drawings and specifications to the Port Authority for review and approval

• Work closely with joint venture entities (HOK, WSP, Skanska Walsh) to coordinate work

The all-new LaGuardia Airport was constructed in the same location of the existing main terminal while the airport remained open. The demolition design of the existing Terminal B was phased in an efficient sequence along with the construction of temporary enclosures and systems in order for the terminal to remain usable and safe for millions of passengers during reconstruction.
