Role and Primary Duties: 

BIM Management and Modeling, Concept Renderings, Zoning Studies

• Produce concept drawings as a design exploration tool based on clients’ needs

• Build digital models with details to be used for construction drawings or renderings

• Produce wireframe study models and walkthroughs

• Perform zoning studies for potential sites accompanied with visual concepts

Clients and potential clients have required many dozens of 3D concepts in varying degrees of detail from sketches, to wireframes, to photorealistic renderings.  Visualizations are modeled in Revit or SketchUp, studied, and often finalized in Photoshop for added realism.  Oftentimes these studies progress with enough detail to be produced into construction drawings.
